Who operates RecruPass?

What we collect
Signing in supplies a service account identifier. Your workspace stores information you enter, such as profile details, sample qualifications, goals, applications and guide conversations. The separate messaging service stores your contact profile, directory preference, conversation requests, messages, blocks and reports. Hosting and authentication providers may process connection and security metadata. We do not request a date of birth, government ID, payment card or sensitive employment documents. Use sample information for hiring features.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide the features you request, save your workspace, deliver messages, manage directory visibility, investigate abuse and protect the service. We do not sell personal information or install advertising or analytics trackers in the application. Live AI is not connected; the built-in guides use rules.
Who can see it
Your saved hiring workspace is associated with your account. Choosing directory visibility shares your display name, headline and discussion topics with signed-in site users. Conversation participants can see their requests and messages. Turning directory visibility off stops new discovery and requests; it does not erase existing conversations. The operator can access stored service data for support, operation and abuse handling. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Recipients may keep their own copies.
Service providers and international processing
OpenAI Sites provides hosting using Cloudflare infrastructure and D1 storage. Sign-in is handled by ChatGPT while the existing prototype login is active, or by Clerk after the RecruPass account login is connected. Google and LinkedIn may process sign-in data if you choose those options after they are enabled. These providers process information needed to operate the service under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. Support email is handled by Gmail. Processing may take place outside your country. Specific provider retention, processing regions and any required international-transfer arrangements must be confirmed before a broader commercial launch.
Storage and retention
Workspace and messaging records persist in service storage until removed through an operator-handled request or an operational cleanup. There is currently no automatic account-deletion workflow or fixed automatic deletion schedule. Failed workspace saves can leave a recovery draft in this browser tab until cleared or the tab session ends. A browser preference remembers your workspace mode. See the cookies policy for local controls. Provider logs, backups and legally necessary records may have separate retention; ask us about your request rather than assuming an immediate purge.
Your choices and requests
You can edit your profile, turn directory sharing off, block contacts and clear local browser preferences. To request access, correction, export or deletion of service data, email ydelsawy@gmail.com; identify your request without sending passwords or identity documents. We may need proportionate account verification. Rights and response deadlines depend on applicable law, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority. Clearing browser data does not delete cloud records or messages already received by others.
Regional rights and changes
Where applicable, processing to deliver requested features is based on providing the service; proportionate security and abuse prevention may rely on legitimate interests, and legal retention on legal obligations. Optional directory publication is your choice and can be withdrawn in Messages. No optional tracking is enabled. We will update this notice before materially changing these practices.
